What a weekend :o)

Saturday I drove Carrie to her new home with Gert & Ea. Carrie is a BC rescue the Border Collie Club has helped place. I got a text this evening saying that so far all was well...Good luck to you all!

Sunday we drove to Herning to the Bolig Drømme for Alle Messe. Basically a Trade Fair for Better Living. Spooky was to perform Heelwork to Music on the "stage", while Monty and Whizz were to work on the stand of the National Dog Magazine (Vi Med Hund ) that had invited us. Emmy & Whisper, Biscuit and Robbie were there on the Thursday.

We found a great walk on the way - notice Foggy on the right doing the Leap Of Faith into the adjoining field. I can hardly believe he is almost 12!!!

Spooky did 1 so-so demo and 1 brilliant demo. Luckily the 2nd demo ( the great one ) drew all the crowds, it was near the end of the day, and quite near the stage where a flock of celebrities had been dancing :o)

Monty was a bit fazed by the crowds but he did some lovely work on the stand - and he showed the crowds a couple of times how quickly a clicker trained dog can learn new bahaviours. Whizz was the star of the day. She loved the attention and worked non-stop - she was great with the kids and adults alike and showed all her tricks.
