Catching up!!!!

Well the agility show last week was so-so. Spooky had forgotten sitstay which is typical at the beginning of our agility season. Since Crufts we have taken 2 months off from agility so our season is just starting. My plan is that Spooky and One will basically be 4 mths into training when when we reach March, instead of just starting - my dogs usually have an agility break from mid December to mid February.

One is in obedience booty camp as I have been promised a run with Unique when One wins Crufts :o) or his Champion title...I have already been given the oppurtunity to run Zen, Lucky and Chi from that litter so we are going for the big 4!!!! One's agility is really coming along wella nd he is running class 3 courses now without problems. His first show will be when I get back from Australia.

Monday last week we went to a dogdancing seminar with Richard Curtis - what a great day!!!! I worked Soda, Spooky and Monty just a bit - they all did really well and we learned some new stuff which also will be great for my puppy classes. The night before the seminar I taught Soda to limp on command which she did everytime we ended in the heelwork sit :o(

Whizz has been seizure free for 7 weeks now - she is on a low dosage of Fenemal (phenobarbital) - which I am so pleased about. The epilepsy hospital moniters the level of medication in her blood and we are currently on the low end of the dosage scale. I discussed with the vet that as long as she was doing well even though her levels were low I would not increase the medication.
