Stockholm 2-4 july

On Friday the 2nd of July I flew to Stockholm. I had been invited to judge Freestyle & HTM at a show for Skarpnack HU. The club ( and show ) is organised entirely by youths who are members of the Swedish Youth KC.

Since I travelled to Sweden the first time to compete with my own dogs, the sport has taken a quantum leap forward. There were amazing performances at all levels - especially the level of innovation in their lower classes was fantastic. I met up with Linda who competes with her Danish/Swedish farmdogs and sat enjoying the routines in the afternoon when I wasnt judging. Saturday evening I went out to dinner with Anja & Annette who had travelled up to compete both days at the show.

Lykke, one of the Carson/Woogi puppies who lives near Stockholm came past to visit on Saturday afternoon. She is absolutely gorgeous and has been well trained by Viktoria her owner. We took some video & photoes for Pia, her breeder, and sheltie talked :o) 

A great weekend - except for the fact that I got stopped in Airport Security with a bottle of sunblock in my handluggage :o/ whoops!!!! I have never had anything confiscated before :o)
