I only did the first 3 days of the agility show - I was ringmanager & competed with One. Our agility was good - but always one little mistake or a good E :o) This was definitely one of teh best agility shows I have ever been to - shame the next one won't be for another 3 years as it is a show that rorates through different parts of Denmark.
I have put some of the Monty pup runs on my youtube channel : youtube.com/bluewyle
On the Tuesday night Soda ( bringing me along ) was invited to do a freestyle demonstration at the evening party. 300 agility people on the audience - slippy flooring - crowded spacing ( Soda LOVES people ) - the pressure is on :-) I got the oppurtunity to practise in the afternoon - Soda coped well with the floor and I was pleased. We had a minor crisis thought - when to check with the music guys just before I went to get Soda - they had misplaced my music ARGGGGHHHHH. The one piece of music was newly editted so I knew I had that on my computer. The other music was not on my computer but I had an older version in my inbox. Heyho - no time to listen to it - I burnt both pieces on a CD , grabbed Soda and off we went.
We came into a dark hall with the crowd stamping and yelling - YIKES !!!!
My first routine was " Hero" by Enrique Iglesias. I had put Soda's new moves in - and a new ending. This is purely a show routine but was a real crowd pleaser. I was thrilled with the routine :-)
The second performance was our Indiana Jones - only this time we found a Fionia Cup prize medal in the chest :-) which was very popular. Soda did really well and handled the conditions perfectly! Even the bits were the music was not like the version I use now...and we had to improvise a bit ;o)
We had breakfast with Marianne, Pia and Bent after a few hours of sleep ( the party was OUTSTANDING ) and then drove home. Thursday we teaught at the Lyngholm Summer Camp ( see earlier posting ).
