Congratulations to Zen & Bernadette competing at the Sheltie International in Luxembourg - they were best medium dog today ( 1st in agility & 2nd in jumping ).
At the Border Collie Clubs Dogdancing competition today in Næstved, Spooky was entered in the Freestyle class 2 ( intermediate )for the first time. He was 100% motivated and has never worked like that at a competition before. That, combined with the fact that I had put a lot of effort into our routine ( and not just tricks to music :o) ) meant that we won the class and now have 5 out of the 10 required points to be eligible for class 3 ( advanced )! Hooray!
Meghann, my borrowed heelwork dog did well aswell - well until I forgot our routine :o) Meghann missed a position which surprised me - and I just couldnt get back into the swing of things...Our third gave us 3 points and now we have 7 out of the 10 which will move us into class 3 heelwork.
Tomorrow is a training day with Kath & Karen. I am really looking forward to that!!!
