Crate safety note says "Never leave your dog unattended in a soft crate ". Well what if the dog wasn't in the crate????
While I was judging in Sweden my mom was dogsitter. Spooky opened the door to my washroom and found a sofcrate I had left in there for disinfection ( Soda had been in the crate and she was in season ).
Anyhow he bit the strap open, then chewed airholes trying to get into the crate. The airholes are big enough for the shelties to us as cat flaps :o(
Needless to say Spooky went to jail. He did not pass GO! and he did not collect £200.
Now, the big question - do I get a refund?????

Bad wicked Spooky. I think a refund could be a little tricky!
The laugh of it is (not) that people actually send us things like that back and expect refunds :0)) one lady sent us back a crate that looked just like that and was appauled that we did not refund her !!!! so if you want my advice go for it !!!! just glad you didnt get it from us :0))
If anyone can get a refund you will be able to Johanna - got 4 it!! And let us know if you do :)
