Mister Cat. Training his Royal Highness.

Or who is training who...?
Meet Mister Cat. Puma. Misser. Oi. He responds to a lot of names and has a stunning recall to Mister Cat. So that is the name most often used :-D
He is 18 mths old and adopted recently. I wanted a cat to train - I was thinking a kitten - but in comes His Royal Highness. I have 0 experience in training cats - and they are nothing like dogs or chickens. Until last weekend he would not have anything to do with me - he would evaporate if I tried any form of contact.
That is until I found out he liked chicken. A lot :-D
So here is our 3rd training session - I see a lot that I like, but I also see stuff I need to work on. And any helpful advice on cat training would be welcomed.
